Finned tubular heating elements are some of the most versatile and reliable electric heating elements on the market today. These industrial heating solutions are among the most common heaters and are best suited for a large number of applications such as conduction, convection and radiation. Yancheng Lantronix configures each tubular process heater to virtually any shape or size. Custom bend diameters are available upon request. We manufacture using the highest quality materials such as steel, stainless steel, Inconel, Inconel and/or titanium alloys.
High-quality magnesium oxide is also used for efficient heat transfer from the resistance coil to the heating medium, whether it is air, liquid or solid. These heater elements have a rugged outer sheath that helps protect the heater from physical stress and use high quality alloys for efficient heat transfer from the resistance coil to the heating medium. Depending on their rating, jacket and shape, electric heater elements can be used in a variety of heating applications that require process temperatures up to 750°C (1,382°F) to heat liquids, gases and solids. A variety of diameters are available to help adjust the power density of the application to design an electric heater for optimum performance and long life. Standard and customized terminal pins are available for easy installation and maintenance. Bend radii are carefully designed to maximize performance while meeting the "form fit and function" requirements of the application.
Connected to the cold end of the element by welding.
Used as a tight fitting for heaters fixed in open tanks or vessels.
