Far infrared ceramic heater
Far infrared ceramic heater conductor contains over 95% silicon, high temperature resistant material, which can produce silicon dioxide after chemical reaction. It has far infrared performance. The enamel layer surface is composed of various oxides with good radiation performance. It becomes more smooth, beautiful, wearable, after high temperature. Heating element is made by screw type Cr20Ni80 resistance wire which casting inside the thermal conductor. Because of its great thermal efficiency, radiation rate, safety, energy saving, far infrared ceramic heater are widely used in the plastic industry, chemical industry, light industry, electronics, medicine, food and other industries. It is mainly used in vacuum molding, curing drying, food baking, medicine dehydration, health care and so on.
