Mica heater stainless steel take 0.3 ~ 0.8 mm stainless steel plate as shell, the high insulation resistance and high temperature mica plate as core in the middle, surrounded by a variety of standard specifications of nickel-chromium alloy resistance wire as heating element. Then processed various shape by the molding machine .The voltage, power and connection mode can be customized according to the user demand.The Stainless steel mica heater ‘s high power load is 3.5 W per square.The high working temperature between 600 ℃. Adding The heat preservation device on external heat radiation surface can save 35% of the electricity.Stainless steel mica heaters have ring type and plate type.The processing is simple, reliable operation, easy to use, fast temperature rising, high thermal efficiency, small power consumption, long service life, production is not affected by the size of the type and specification limits. Widely used in plastics machinery, packaging and printing, petrochemical, electronic equipment and other industries.
Notes for using of stainless steel mica heater
1. Non-waterproof structure of stainless steel mica heater, so do not contact with oil, water and plastic particles during installation to prevent leakage.
2. the stainless steel mica heater must be close to heating body during installing . The surface of the heating body should be flat and complete without sags and crests
3. After the use of the stainless steel mica heater, if burnt black color is found on the surface, it indicates that the heat dissipation is nonuniform of the heating body ,which,should be adjusted immediately to prevent the burn -through.
4. Heating the stainless steel mica heater, should avoid the repeating disassembling, which can cause the alloy resistance wire break and affect operating life.
5. Confirm the installation location is in accordance with the specifications of the stainless steel mica heater before installation , and make sure the voltage is consistent.
